Join us as Kenneth leads us through the informal beginning of the Chapter, looks at the cross section of members, reviews the technical growth and fire district consolidation.

Kennth grew up in Oswego, born in 1944, living on 2nd and C. He entered into insurance loss control on a fluke in 1973 after he Iearned that the civilian world did not have much cross-over from history majors who knew how to send 9-megaton hydrogen bombs to Russia.
