Special Hazards Fire Suppression Systems
High-challenge fire hazards frequently require engineered solutions beyond the scope of code-prescribed minimums. When business interruption and down time concerns are paramount, the fire protection engineer uses thorough hazard analysis methods to determine the appropriate fire detection and suppression methods for a given application. This presentation will touch on the types of hazards typically found in large industrial and mission critical installations and the various options available to the fire protection engineer;
